Tangalu, wey de pose as Babalawo, don enter EFCC net and na one Dozie Ugonna, wey raise the alert say dem the Babalawo and him people don scam of N2.5m. Only God knows wetin hin de find there, wetin hin wan de tell the court now?.

But as e be now, the person wey go the court con yarn say the money wey hin give the babalawo na to purchase materials for to neutralise charm wey de one carton wey plenty U.S Dollars de inside. My people abeg this tory no pure, how hin take get container wey full with dollars.

The offence is contrary to Section 8 (a) and punishable under Section 8 (C) and 1 (3) of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14, 2006. Particulars of Count two read:
